My music here on Newgrounds is free to use as long your project meets the following criteria:

- your project is non-commercial*
- your project is never going to generate any revenue
- proper credit is given (including my name and website)

*If your project is distributed commercially or if it makes money from ad revenue, shoot me a PM or contact me before you use the music! You can also purchase royalty-free music at a very low price.

**Some of my music on Newgrounds is already bound by past agreements, so if your project is going to generate revenue, be sure to let me know which pieces you plan on using!**

Dude...your stuff is really underrated. Thanks to the flash three of your pieces were just used in, I discovered your music and I'm pretty glad I did. Me? =fan.

That would be Turtle Defence, I think. I didn't really look at it--I immediately clicked the link to your songs instead haha. And well, it looks like your newer stuff from your page has better scores so that's good :P

I was hunting through the NG audio channel spent about 2 hours sifting through all the usual homogeneous techno pap when I came across one of your pieces: 'Oceans Rising'. I was very impressed with the production quality so I quickly followed the link back to your other work.
After listening to your other tracks I was blown away. Some of your stuff in its present condition wouldn't be out of place in an actual movie. 'Forgotten Nation' is SUPERB; an inspiring and well-crafted piece- like a blend of the Avatar's 'Becoming One with The People' and John Barry's 'Dances With Wolves'.
'Strength Within' mimicks The Last Samurai beautifully. Wow, I'm a big fan.
Almost too good for game music; unless we're talking console-size games. Though I haven't heard all of your stuff yetI think I may need something a little less classic and more 8-bit for my latest project- but I'm definitely going to keep you in mind for a future collaboration.
So, check your mailbox from time to time! :-) Could be some royalty splits in it!
